The Iceman is a legend on the east coast, though his name was made for himself in New Jersey. In an unsuccessful attempt to impress a girl, he attempted to "freeze" a plate of hot fries. This act donned him the name, "THE ICEMAN", and his legacy will live on for eternity.

It goes for any FPS game where you happen to shoot every bullet in your clip but then randomly get a headshot with the last bullet. It goes especially for Counterstrike Condition Zero where a player by the name Iceman or icequeen where this move was created plays constantly.
