"These two were dipping lettuce into coke, then licking and sucking on the lettuce. When I walked by them they appeared to be engaged in deep conversation, speaking in their own hobotastic dialect. I didn't want to distrub this facinating exchange, and so I decided to take a picture from a distance instead of approaching. This is often my method of study, because it is hard to properly photograph a hobo once it knows that you have entered it's hobotat. They become quite edgy and often attack verbally."

hobolo

Noun.
A group of three or more hobos. The word used to describe a pack of hobos just as other things, i.e. a pride of lions, a gaggle of geese, a hobolo of hobos. As hobos often travel in groups to supply company to their fellow homeless people.

"What's that awful smell?"
"Oh, it's just the hobolo of hobos passing through town."

Hobobo

A homeless version of a bobo. Bobo is French for bourgeois-boheme--in other words a hippie yuppie. Those young folk who simultaneously proscribe to hippie ideals and tastes while valuing a yuppie lifestyle. The hobobo adds lack of permanent residence in the mix and implies vagabond status.

Hey Sandy, did I tell you about my most recent trip to Thailand? I met so many hobobos! They all were wearing fisherman pants and playing on their ipads.
