Hawaiian Heimlich

The act of ejaculating in someone's mouth and they choke purposefully for you to initiate the Heimlich Maneuver on them. After the Heimlich Maneuver is successful, the victim will then cough the semen back up and a cup will obtain the coughed-up semen to be used as coating for a dildo.
