A high-heeled groin is when a man gets kicked so hard in his schlong-arena that the high-heeled shoe of his assailant may be left behind. This results in a protruding heel which gives the appearance of having a groin which could work as an additional foot.

"Do you have a high-heeled groin or are you just pleased to see me?"
"I really shouldn't have said she looked fat in that dress, I think I have a high-heeled groin after last night."
