Fourth and Goal

Fourth and goal describes a situation in which a sexually aroused male is on the verge of bagging a female from the bar (or other social establishment), but the establishment is closing very soon. This "make it or break it moment" can be characterized by high levels of anxiety and urgency. The male must act quickly to seal the deal before the clock runs out or risk going home alone to wank it.

Jeff: "Hey did you see Sean before we left the bar last night?
Greg: "Yeah, he was at fourth and goal with some skeezer right before the bar closed. I'm guessing he took her home to talk business."
Jeff: "Word."

Fourth Tit Syndrome

A syndrome that effects women who are overweight and have fat that surrounds their upper body near the breasts and back area. When they wear a bra, it will push fat out underneath the bra and will result in two "tits" in the back, thus resulting in the "4th tit syndrome"

Guy 1: "Yeah I was going to hook up with that chick at the frat party until I saw her back..."

Guy 2: "What was wrong with it?"

Guy 1: "Dude, she had fourth tit syndrome!"

Guy 2: "oooh.. yeah... that does suck "

Fourth Wave Feminist

A special type of feminist portrayed in modern media. They usually appear as pink/purple haired females that would accuse a man of rape for performing CPR. What’s more, unlike the brave 1st, 2nd and 3rd wave feminists ( Mary Wollstonecraft, Soujourner Truth etc.) A Fourth Wave Feminst believes that because my great great grandpa forced my great great grandma to make him sandwiches, women should be given privileges over disgusting hard working men.

Person 1: OMG SHES NOT MOVING, SOMEONE PERFORM CPR QUICK

Person 2: But look! She’s a fourth wave feminist!

fourth flooring

When one male seeks attention and acceptance from another male.

To perform ritual "Daps" to seek another males acknowledgement and approval.

A Cavin eyes up a larger, more fitted male and quickly starts a conversation with him. He then talks him up soon afterwards. This is considered Fourth Flooring. Or, 4th Flooring.

Fourth World

Those ethnic groups which reside in the jurisdiction of recognized nations rather than having an independent state of their own. Fourth-world peoples are excluded from positions of power in those governments, and frequently have de facto if not de jure status as second-class citizens or worse.

The Palestinians, Kurds, and Roma are all examples of members of the Fourth World.
