Used in conjuntion with the sport of snowboarding. The process by which an unexperienced snowboarder finds himself unable to traverse the slope correctly, and must slide down horizontally, facing down the slope without turning, thus "dorking" the run. This rubs off powder and moguls enjoyed by qualified boarders and skiers.

Phone Dorking

Phone dorking is the time spent exploring ones cell phone extensively without purpose.

Every extra moment you get, you find yourself...not texting, not calling someone, but simply surfing the web, changing settings, adding ringtones. This can usually consume several hours of ones day and does not seem to have an end point, you too may be phone dorking. Your phone dorking may be nearing obsession if you also find loss of time, and the inability to hear others around you.
