Coronastyle vil si at man oppfører seg, handler og tenker på en bestemt måte på bakgrunn av det pågående Covid19-utbruddet. Å handle og tenke coronastyle innebærer senket terskel for å gjøre ting du ellers ville gjøre i helgene, slik som å se tv, spise usunn mat og ha et mer avslappet forhold til jobb/skole. Coronastyle kan eksempelvis slå ut i et mer ukritisk adferdsmønster karakterisert av svekket selvdisiplin, større tilbøyelighet for alkoholkonsum og lavere terskel for å involvere seg i overfladiske relasjoner gjennom datingapper. Å være bevisst på at man er i coronastyle er derfor viktig for en sunn, bærekraftig og produktiv hverdag.
