Strangely, the sizes of the sudden shit-splosions have been measured to be over 10 meters long and contain more force and matter than the unfortunate individual could possibly house. Despite the disease being almost impossible to investigate, it is thought that the sudden force of explosive diarrhea rips a hole in the fabric of the universe, creating a small temporary wormhole allowing more shit to travel through.
