Any type of face covering, covering all or part of the face, that proves, as the name suggests, that you are either a fauci groupie or a fauci groundhog or both.

A fauci covering is not limited to the cloth mask. It can also include items such as a gas mask or a diving helmet, if fauci wants you to wear those.(for those who don't know, a diving helmet is the ancestor to modern scuba diving mask).
