Getting ones knickers in a twist for reasons that are not consistent over time. This applies especially to politicians engaged in spin control and selective outrage over the actions of others.

Jon Stewart used my new favorite phrase, selective undergarment bunching or SUB, to describe the reaction of some politcos on last night's show.

To totally suck the life out of a party or joke, or to even complain about something glorious that has happened to you.

Example 1:

"Man my wedges are ready way to quickly"
"man stop Burching"

Example 2:
"wow this is the best party i have ever been too"
"The music is a bit loud"
"why must you burch"

Example 3:
"OMG I got a free nugget, someone better get fired for this, it is a complete waste of product"
"you are such a burcher"

A logistical phenomena in which the female(s) engaged in an orgy do not have high enough turnover to satisify the men waiting or the male to female ratio leaves too many aroused men waiting.
