Derogatory term used by regular working-class folks when sarcastically referring to a "yupscale" shopping-thoroughfare with pricey stores that sell absurdly expensive wristwatches and other ridiculously-extravagant merchandise.

I always shop at Family Dollar and Goodwill whenever possible --- "Ell Passo" on Fifth Avenue and other such bulovards!

Bulivai

A guy uncontrollably in love. He smiles constantly at his phone as they text. Is incredibly cheesy and quotes Taylor Swift at his swifty girlfriend. He is not as oblivious as he seems but did have issues with confessing his feelings for his friend despite knowing she reciprocated. Also after being told that if he asked her out she'd say yes he still did nothing. Eventually a game of rock, paper, scissors forced her to make the first move. They have been together and disgustingly adorable ever since (although the excessive PDA is not appreciated). Bulivai is an overall really nice and friendly guy who is nice even when you do dumb shit like throw his shoe into a locked football field.

**Be warned he may start a random conversation with you about frog constellations.

Bulivai is a really nice guy and they finally got together!!!
