1.) A guy/girl that you never or rarely want around always finds a way to tag along with you.

2.) A guy/girl that can not be alone and has to be with someone at all times.

3.) A guy/girl that always straggles along and is always in the way.

Mike: "Hurry up, lets get out of here before Cory sneaks up on us and tags along."

John: "Yeah dude, sounds good!"

Mike: "Shit!, too late, here he comes!"

A person was assigned a set of tasks. The person deemed those tasks tedious and re-assigned them to other people. The person stated all tasks as being completed.

The other people were "bogled".
