Probably have never served or done any kind of real public service, but maybe works at a jail, was a volunteer firefighter for a year 10 years ago, or worked as a security guard somewhere lame for a summer job.
Kyle the bootlicker brought a few dozen donuts to take by the police department to thank them for their service.
