An excessive use of force against a citizen that legally uses violence. This includes, but is not limited to, physical or verbal harassment, physical or mental injury, property damage, and death. You can also classify it as legally defined as a civil rights violation.

what Derek Chauvin did to George floyd was hardcore Police Brutality man. How dare these officers use excessive force on a person like what the hell.

Me:Brought me in on a bench and the beat the shit outa me
(you see I recieved A busted lip, black eye, 4 stiches, 3 chipped teeth, and I GOT A CITATION FOT THAT!, AND I GOT A MEDICAL BILL! ICalled for the fair one afterwards but to no avail they could only jump me you see .
