One crazy motherfucker. Someone with absoultely no common sense and no concept of life, death, and danger. It is uncommon to have a batshit insane person and extremly rare to have a batshit fucking insane person because they are usually dead.

Normal guy: Damn, the snow is really startin to accumulate, we should head home now before its too dangerous to drive.
Crazy guy: No way, i can drive though anything!
Batshit insane guy: What is it? 15 degrees? Lets go camping bitches!
Batshit fucking insane guy: LETS GET DRUNK AS HELL, CLIMB TREES AND FIND TARZAN SO WE CAN FUCK HIS SISTER!!!
Normal guy: Wow, you are truly batshit fucking insane.

Batshit loco

To be completely and utterly fucking crazy. It can be used to describe a noun. Mostly used to emphasize the emotional state of a person.

The teacher didn't completely erase the notes on the chalkboard, which caused obsessive-compulsive Isaac to go batshit loco and turn over his desk.

I don't know what the fuck happened, all of the sudden he went batshit loco and shit on the couch!
