A nickname to give to a person you’re highly addicted to. Since crack rocks can be referred to as “nuggets” some people just call them crack nuggets which is an extremely addictive drug, also known as crack cocaine. So calling someone you’re obsessed with “crack nugget” is very fitting, considering you’re addicted to them and act as foolish and erratic around them as someone on cocaine would.
