The hours between 4 and 7am, when early birds are waking up from a good night's sleep, but drug users or "tweakers" are still up from the night before.

"Hey Jim, you're up bright and early today!"

"Nah Bob, I'm just still awake from yesterday. Been smoking crack for 12 hours, it's Tweaker Midnight for me dawg."

The act of unknowingly losing one's self in one or more completely pointless activities for an extended period of time, usually in the late late hours of the night, only being brought out of it by the unexpected appearance of sunlight coming through the broken blinds.

Tweakerism

Going on extremely long rants (could take hours) about simple things that should not take very long to explain. It can also be physically doing very ridiculous things, such as: carpet farming, taking a very long to finish a simple task due to tweaking and procrastination, arguing about things that are not a big deal at all, and last but not least… accusing people of stealing things that you can’t keep up with due to being spun out.
