When you feel like you’re tired and you really want to take a nap, but the feeling is due to something like a workout or a long day. The feeling is temporary usually.

Rotating one's tires. A phrase that is much clearer in intent than the original.

"I gotta switch my tires so that they get equal wear over the long run. Then I'm going to rotate them as I drive down the highway."
