pirate radio

Pirate radio stations are usally one or two-person operations airing home-brew entertainment and/or iconoclastic viewpoints. In order to avoid detection by the authorites (The Man, FCC, etc), they tend to appear irregularly, with little concern for the niceties of conventional program scheduling. Most are found in Europe chiefly on weekends and major holidays, and mainly during the evenings in North America, often just above 6200.0 kHz, just below 7000.0 kHz (6955 and 6995 kHz are common pirate frequencies) and just above 7345 kHz. These sub rosa stations and thier addresses are subject to unusally abrupt change or termination, as well as their frequency of transmission, to avoid being cought by the FCC.

Free Radio stations are unlicensed broadcasters. They operate in defiance of FCC rules, which often seem to be more concerned with protecting the big broadcasting interests.

pirated dvd

a bootleg copy of TV shows or Movies or even games that are put on DVD's and are generally heavily compressed
and usually suffer from bad quality due to the pirate compressing them for more stuff to be on the disc.

sometimes , its not a Game or Show but rather a bunch of Viruses which means your screwed.

Pirate Bar

(n) At the end of an awesome night, nothing wraps it up right quite like booty. Once the bars have closed, usually 2 AM, and success hasn't been found with new female/male prospects, this is the bar that is still open and where booty is guaranteed.

Pirate Bar: the place to get booty.

Note: booty is not guaranteed, however it is a common desire.

A booty call is usually made to multiple locations of Pirate Bar to see if booty is available.

1. (2 AM) I've had so much to drink, I don't think I can get it up for Pirate Bar.

Conversation Pirate

Someone who is always taking over a conversation that they were not originally part of. The person is within earshot when you start a conversation, then as the conversation is commencing, the third party loudly interjects a comment designed to derail the conversation so that all attention is then upon them. Usually they follow this up with even louder and more outrageous jibberish.

Frank: So, Chuck what did you do this weekend?
Chuck: Saturday night was awesome, I banged two chicks at once!
Curt, sitting just within listening distance, prepares to board the conversation just like a pirate boarding and looting a ship on the open seas, yells: I banged twelve chicks once!
Curt: But I got syphilis....
Curt: I gave it to Hank last night.
Frank: Curt is such a Conversation Pirate!
Conversation dies.
