A type of murder that involves cutting the victim's throat, grabbing his/her tongue, and pulling it down so that it sticks out from the wound in their throat. Today, in Washington Heights, a 24-year-old man was found dead with his tongue pulled through a cut in his throat, a phenomenon becoming known as a 'Necktie'. The suspect reportedly has ties to Panama dictator Manuel Noriega, making the wound a 'Panamanian necktie'.
