A Target department store that is looking run-down, ghetto or otherwise trashy. The parking lot usually features abandoned shopping carts, litter and crappy cars.

targeted individual

Targeted Individual is a person who has been singled out by a criminal syndicate called "Organized Gang Stalking." The targeted individual is under 24 hour surveillance and is stalked by large groups of various criminals. The new technologies have brought about the possibility of this crime. All of the wireless devices can be hacked and tracked. The criminals carry non lethal weapons in their cars and use them against the Targeted Individual. The weapons are both easy to buy or easy to make. They use lasers, dazzlers, hand held microwave, x ray devices, plasma beams, and other directed energy weapons. The stalkers are working full time to discredit the victims of this crime and to insinuate they are mentally ill to silence the victims. There are now so many victims that the crime is no longer being denied. Even the Department of Justice has verified the fact that group stalking is on a significant rise with a government survey. In a 2009 DOJ study verified there were a total 3,398,630 reported victims of stalking. Out of the total number of stalking victims 13.1 % documented that they had at least 3 or more stalkers. A quick average of the figures (441,821 victims had 3 or more stalkers) (200,000 victims had more stalkers than they could count)

The Targeted Individuals are now raising awareness to this crime by educating the public with websites, books,videos, and blogs.

Targeted individual

The CIA and FBI did organized stalking small scale with Air Force DEWs from 1971-2001 according to FBI Chief Ted Gunderson and CIA whistleblower Carl Clark and Jesus Mendoza who filed 3 lawsuits in Texas and lost. PI David Lawson says that the CIA and FBI organizes community snitch groups and first responders and extremist groups and that they're retarded and think they're secret agents. Scientology, Mormons, and Freemasons use organized stalking too and they're organized with community vigilante groups by the CIA and FBI. After 911, the CIA, FBI, NSA, Air Force, Fusion Centers, police, Infragard, and Citizens Corps started organized stalking together. Some cities are so toxic they need to be cleaned by fire and everyones organized stalking based on a vicious smear campaign that you're a terrorist, pedophile, elder abuser, racist, and schizophrenic. Usually it's a community vigilante group tracking someone they hate on whatever platform they choose to use to communicate with eachother.

A targeted individual is someone smear campaigned by a community vigilante or extremist group tracking them that the CIA and FBI organizes and thinks they're secret agents.

tarleton

Tarleton is a place where dreams go to die . found between Southport and Preston, tarleton is the definition of irrelevant. Filled with a mix of grandparents, road men and Tories, its main attraction is a massive field by the name of carr lane, where all of the youngsters play football or smoke weed. It is mainly run by 16 year olds on mopeds and gangs of 13 year olds. Tarleton rarely sees and crime or fights but if its happening it will be on a Friday at marks square. Avoid tarleton if possible.
