cracker hot

A bunch of crackers visit an Indian or Asian restaurant (Thai, Vietnamese) and ask for the spiciest dish possible. The servers see how white the customers are and with a smile and nod jot down the order. Whitey apparently can't handle spicy food so the dish is served mild.

We asked for Indian hot and they gave us cracker hot.

Cracker eater is a person who you just hate, but don't have a huge reason to. You hate every little thing they do. So they can just be sitting down eating crackers and you are hating them for that. You bitterly think, look at that bitch over there eating crackers.
