A man who disrespects other people to get validation or approval from other men.
This is common amongst men who are in gangs or about the street life. They lack discipline and guidance due to not having father figures in their life.

It’s weird and embarrassing how this yute only acts up when his boys are around he’s a clout fassy for sure.

Clout Bankruptcy

The occurrence when a celebrity/social media 'influencer' says/does something controversial for the sake staying in the spotlight. It usually happens when said influencer is losing their 15 seconds of fame, thus filing for clout bankruptcy. He/she can do this multiple ways including saying controversial yet bland political takes (i.e: "we're controlled by the elites" "we need a better healthcare system" "there are only 2 genders"), publicly converting into a religion, staging a drama with another influencer, etc. This stunt may also involve monetary gains

Person 1: did you hear that *insert washed up celebrity/influencer* thinks we shouldn't take vaccines?

Person 2: that guy? He's filing for clout bankruptcy. No one's talked about him since he made the hitsong 2 years ago

Clout Gang

Clout Gang is the new, better, and not cringey group of so far 3 social media stars. (RiceGum, Alissa Violet, and FaZe Banks(Ricky)). FaZe Banks got an estimated 200,000 new subscribers after Megan Zelly,Erika Costell (Snake Bitch) and Jake Paulaccused Ricky of assaulting Meg on August 18th, 2017. The Alleged assault happens on the 17th at a night club in LA called 'Warwick'. After all the evidence going into Ricky's favor about 7 days later, he sued all of them. He said that he would sues for an estimated about of money but that is not 100% known yet.
