In the same vein as the term 'bed head', what rather unstylistically results from exposing a head of hair to the open air whilst cycling without the use of a helmet, i.e. a random rearrangement of hair strands.

'Boris doesn't wear a helmet y'know'

Hair where a certain section of it protrudes in an abnormal and down right creepy fashion, to the extent that it makes that person and everyone around him/HER feel and act retarded. This usually results in everyone screaming nonsensical things and attempt to push down the strange hair.

Girl: OMG Michael look at Yocelyns' unintelligent hair. ELIOT!
Boy: I know every time I look at it I want to push it down. PADOODELY!
