/noun/: The douche bags who insists on backing into a parking space, rather than driving in the normal way, because they are convinced it will save them time and trouble when they have to leave. Never mind that it inconveniences EVERYONE else around them.
"Look, it's one of those idiot Reverse Parkers. How much time did that dumbass just take to get that spot?"
"At least 5 minutes. And the mouth breather took half of the space next to him."
