"Pit Nutter" refers to individuals or groups who purposely seek out online media portraying dogs known as "pit bulls" for the sole purpose of maniacally posting faulty data in an effort to undermine animal advocates and fans.
Pit Nutters frequently employ biased opinions disguised as studies by other anti-animal groups as a means of furthering their agenda, which is unclear beyond wanting dogs that look a certain way (since "pitbull" isn't an actual breed) to be annihilated.
