Courtesy flush

When you double flush a toilet just to be courteous. Not necessarily a double-flusher, just to be polite.
Mostly used in awkward situations.

Matt was meeting his girlfriend Sarah's parents for the first time. They were enjoying a lovely meal when Matt had to take a dump.
This being the first time he had dumped in Mr. And Mrs. Di Carlo he flushed twice even though one should have been enough.
Matt demonstrated the courtesy flush.

double flush

To double flush (verb). Used to describe the necessity to flush a toilet twice when a fecal explusion from the body is exceptional in terms of quantity (i.e., pure mass) and/or quality (i.e., lettuce).

Mother: "Boy were you ever in the bathroom a long time."
Son: "I think that was the biggest crap in my life. It was so big I had to double flush."

Hot flush

The action of flushing a lavatory containing a particularly spicy or offensive deposit that has likely raised the temperature of the water due to it's Scoville scale. Can also result from external factors such as Upper Decking.

Peter parked a spicy tiger which resulted in an emergency hot flush preventing imminent pan meltdown.
