A term used by people to identify a group of lawless individuals brought together by the same purpose Although they are seamlessly lawless, they stand against immoral acts without justification and practice their own form of justice. Also a social networking team with over 1,000 members who abide by the same code.

This could also be shouted when an amazing comeback has been said or heard, quite literally being a Savage Counter
