My opinion one of the best indie rock band.
Also referenced as TAI, they are signed to the label of Fueled By Ramen, members William Beckett (vocals), Adam T 'sisky' Siska (bass) , Andy 'The Butcher' Mrotek (drums) , Mike Cardin (guitar), Michael Guy Chislett (guitar).
The Academy Is.. are close friends with fellow FBR bands Cobra Starship and Fall Out Boy

Columbus Academy

1. A school that raises money to "buy new things" but just wastes ALL the money on turning the AC ALL THE WAY UP and then yelling at the kids for trying to keep warm with hoodies
2. The school is now run by the SAGE mafia
3. A knee-length skirt, tall people discrimination cUlt

4. The freshman class always either looks 12 years old or 17, there is absolutely no in between

1. "I heard you, 17-year-old boys, saying crap in the hallway and I find that very disrespectful, detention for all of you."
2. "what's for lunch today?"
"Some form of chicken or pork covered in some sauce, some bougie-ass rice, and vegetables that are either so soft that it's legit mush oR really hard to the point of breaking your teeth."

The Academy is... is an amazine Rock/Indie band from Hoffman Estates, Illinois, US.
The band is William Beckett: Vocals; Adam Siska: Bass; Andy "the butcher" Mrotek: Drums; Tom Conrad: Guitar; Mike Carden: Guitar.
Beckett has and amazing voice! the lyrics are perfect, and the music itself is awesome!

City Heights Academy

A school in tulse hill where the dead tings are the loudest and little neeks give chat until they get blammed. I once witnessed a yute name Blazej (big victim) be viciously beaten in the playground and no one really tried to help. This same victim was also shot in the changing room by a BB gun and he snaked it.
