Waldorf Schools are a type of school popular in Europe and North America. Waldorf Schools are descended from the original Waldorf school in Germany, founded in the late 1800s by a racist German man named Rudolf Steiner. They closely resemble a cult, banning electronics from school grounds, celebrating obscure pagan festivals such as Michaelmas, banning candy and other sugary treats from school grounds and serving only organic meals to the kids. Many don't have a science class, while almost all have knitting, woodwork, Latin, chorus and orchestra as mandatory classes. They tend to be christian and conservative.

Ok, it's obivous that this is about one specific person. Do you think that because one person does something, it means the entire majority of the school does too? Maret Sucks. We are not rejects, stoners, or sluts. We are students at a private school in DC that like to express themselves openly and freely. Something a lot of schools could not do for most of us. The teachers at our old schools did not appreciate us, and our art programs usually sucked. Some of us actually go on to lead very sucessful lives. We have a fantastic art program, which includes photography,drama, music, ceramics,computer animation (Multimedia). Our teachers know us from the heart and we all are friends with them. We call them by their first names and everthing's really casual. Unlike some schools, we don't act as though we are better than others because we go to private school. We donate to lots of charities through our dances, fundraisers and events. Although Field is considered to be bad at sports, we have actually won many championship banners over the past couple years. We are much better at sports than Maret and have better facilities Our mascot is the Field Falcon, which is a lot better than the Maret fighting frog. What eats frogs in the wild? Falcons. Get the School Busmug. The only school a child reared in Potomac should attend. Landon is for white bread corn huskers who come from slave money. Prep is for catholics who are just average at everything. Clearly, the other people who have posted about Bullis are jealous. Have you ever been to Landon? The school smells like jock strap and the facilities are so decrepit you would think they havent spent any money on the school since the slaves build it.
And talk about dysfunctional... this is a prime example for not sending your child to an single gender school. All the kids have anger management issues and are completely socially inept. Same with Prep, except they all grow up to be child molesters like the priests educating them. If you want your child to be good at lax (a sport that has no future might I add), then send them to prep or landon. Otherwise, you'd be better served sending them to a real school like Bullis.
