First World Problems

The lesser known working title to Canadian singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette's hit song "Ironic".

Many have been confused as to the choice of ironic as the songs title when the lyrics are more unfortunate than ironic.

In fact there in lies the only thing ironic, it was written by someone who didn't know the definition of irony.
If you read through the lyrics you can clearly see where she was coming from with "First World Problems" as the working title as seen below;

1)It's like rain on your wedding day

2)A traffic jam when you're already late

3)It's a free ride when you've already paid

4)It's like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife

5)A no-smoking sign on your cigarette break

That being said, having the song contain a verse about a husband "kiss(ed) his kids goodbye" get on a plane and have it crash is neither a First World Problems, unfortunate or ironic. It's just messed up.

problematic

a word used by antis and gatekeepers in fandom to describe a fictional pairing (or even just a character) that they do not personally like. often used as an excuse to attack and gaslight shippers (people who do like the paring) and other fans.

some reasons for things being "problematic" are that they are considered abusive, the characters are/were enemies, one is a villain, there is a large age gap, there is a small age gap, the relationship is incestuous, the relationship *seems* incestuous, one character is a minor, both characters are minors, the anti does not like the ship personally, the relationship is gay and loved by women fans, the relationship is straight...the list goes on.
Anti: "you shouldn't ship reylo, it's very problematic."
Shipper: "i really shouldn't indulge you, but how?"
Anti: "it's abusive because they're enemies and kylo ren is a fascist. also rey is child-coded and they are cousins."
Shipper: "uh...what?"

Slaughter Problem

A homework problem (usually a math homework problem) that at first glance looks very simple, but turns out to be a long, agonizing, problem that involves much work and thought. These problems usually appear in higher level Math courses such as Algebra 1 and Geometry, but can also appear at lower levels like 5th grade math. For example, you may be assigned problem 32 for homework, and when you hear it you will say "That's not so bad!" but when you actually look at it, you realize that problem 32 is actually a flow proof, (a combination of the Flow Chart and A Proof the two worst things combined into one.), and that problem 32 will take you close to an hour. You will then respond "Dear Jesus help us.....". This term is universal and can be applied to any problem in any subject so long that it is in reality a "Slaughter Problem", and not a "Genocidal Problem" (I.E. "The Doghouse Problem.")
"Ok class your homework is problem 45."
"That's it?"
"That's Easy!"
"Oh sweet Jesus.........."
"What?"
"Problem 45 is a flowproof designed to prove that in a parallelogram if all four sides are congruent and that their diagonals bisect each other at 90 degree angles in the first quadrant that the parallelogram is actually a Rhombus."
"Dear Jesus help us...... its a Slaughter Problem"
