The culmination of numerous infections causing untold devastation to one’s immune system. When the symptoms and illness are numerous but not normally together. Most usually found in fraternity houses, college dorms, or any other location with many males with dubious hygiene and living in close proximity.

Despite the name it can be applied to STDs or regular illnesses.

It implies a total lack of manliness and possessing microscopically small balls.

Donald Trump didn’t have the gonadial fortitude to testify in his hush-money trial like he said he would because he was either guilty as hell or he would perjure himself right after the prosecution’s initial question.
