Similar to the term boyage, literally if there is 'diggage', someone has just had a dig at you or made a snide remark about someone else.

Example:
Person 1 - "Did you see Emma's hair last night?"
Person 2 - "OMG, yeah, she looked propa rough."
Person 3 - "Ooh, diggage!"
