An often maligned system that was endorsed by Philosophes of the Enlightenment and again by the Social Gospel of the Industrialist Period during the late 19th century. A system that rewards those who work hard and use their talents to the fullest extent, now has been confused and distorted into a systematic operation of oppression and greed, called "corporatism". Can actually be mixed with socialism to create a utopian society if managed properly, a system we almost achieved under Clinton but was trashed by Dubya.

Capitalism is actually a system built for a democratic society by the definition of Enlightened Philosophers, but Corporatism has distorted the meaning of capitalism horribly.

We are in a donut hole my dear, we pay insanely high income taxes, our wages have stagnated since the 1970s, having private health insurance sucks and covers only a small percentage of the fees charged, rent has skyrocketed everywhere and so we are never going to be able to save a dime; this is why capitalism is a death cult!
