An adult female
human being. The opposite of a Man, an adult male human being.
The kind of human being that is qualified by nature to carry offspring. Not all women are able to have children, but all women COULD have children IF those ramifications did not exist.
This
understanding is why scientists still look for a cure against female
infertility, for example, because IF it is erased, THEN women COULD get pregnant.
X: "I thought a woman was a
social construct. A label based on the outward stereotypical expression that can or cannot reflect a person's assigned gender which is determined by their sex
characteristics such as genitalia,
chromosomes, etc.?"
Y: "No, my friend. She never WAS. A Woman IS. And something that IS cannot simply be switched like a name tag. A woman is the state of being an adult human female. Like a lioness is the state of being an adult feline female. "States" speak to a condition, and a condition is time-based (like the suffix -ous or -ly: "Lovely". "Cancerous". "Calmly". "Murderous".) A woman is not a state of mind. A state of mind is, for example, suicidality, autistic, conscious. State of beings can be discriminatory, state of minds cannot. A man can never be a woman because he is an adult human male. Same as a lion cannot be a lioness because he is an adult feline male."
Y: "Then what about transgender people? Are they lying?"
X: "Verbal
manipulation with the intent of deception is lying. Transgender people can very well be telling the truth about their experiences because they are not looking to deceive anyone. However, that doesn't change the reality that what they believe is not the truth."
Y: "But what if it's their truth? It's their own body."
X: "Yes it is. And they can do whatever they want with their body. But truth is not subjective. It's
objective. And it transcends culture, time, nationality, and ourselves."
