Facebook grammar

The type of grammar used on facebook, where words such as 'lyk', 'dis' and 'dem' are not acceptable, but full stops, capital letters and capitalizing the letter 'I' are not necessary. In some cases, the words 'you' and 'are' can be shortened to 'u' and 'r', but only in moderation.

A Grammar Communist is a person that relentlessly corrects grammar mistakes, but influences the corrected person correct other people, thus "sharing" the need to use better grammar.

God, I just can't stop correcting people from saying "anyways" after that Grammar Communist told me that wasn't a word.

Noun- referring to obnoxious individuals who are prescriptivist in nature and feel the need to implement the suffocating and irregular rules of English grammar, down the throats of learners. They are known to be particularly vicious to the poor second language learners who sometimes apply the rules of their native tongue, to English.
