a highfive with two unisex people where both partake in a hopelessly awkward gesture. The awkward gesture is linked to the same reaction when you are unaware of the sex of a person. Another form of the gesture is the reaction to walking in on your mother giving head to your father. Even better yet using glue instead of lubricant when masturbating, only to find you have to call your best friend to take you to the hospital. Other variations are less common, however they maybe used.

Organic Gender

This term best describes a person's natural gender. Useful when dealing with topics that require comparison and contrast between gender definitions that describe augmentations via clothing, surgery, drugs, or mental state.

That business sells clothing to organic gender customers only. If you are transgender, they will ask you to leave.

Gender

Gender is the range of characteristics pertaining to, and differentiating between, masculinity and femininity. Depending on the context, these characteristics may include biological sex (i.e., the state of being male, female, or an intersex variation), sex-based social structures (i.e., gender roles), or gender identity. Gender Cripple

When someone is unable to function in society due to their inability to choose which one of the 58+ genders they should be.
