Facebook Flurry

A notification phenomena that occurs on FB that begins as suddenly as it ends.
One minute I was in the throes of a Facebook flurry with nearly half the people I was connected to "like," thread reply & private message wise & the next minute all manner of FB activity ceased & desisted.

Facebook Yanni

Social networking prophets / happy people who blab constantly about life's pleasantries, reasons for gratitude, motivational garbage and intelligent sounding sentiments of chirpiness.
Facebook Yanni is at it again with her filtered photo of baby birds hatching, telling me to "move forward" and "let it go" because "we should be grateful" that we are "blessed". Bite me, Facebook Yanni. I know you're as miserable as the rest of us are.

facebook snake

A person who only adds you on facebook,to spy on your life.
This person also likes every status and picture you post. They never talk to you in general, only when it benefits them.
That persons a facebook snake, spying on me,but never speaks.Unless it suits them.

facebook-preening

carefully or carelessly, depending on your level of drunken-ness, weeding out bad pictures and embarrassing statuses on Facebook, like preening an already shit stained coat
Ehh, I got a few minutes... I think I'll do some facebook-preening.

Facebook Bait

to post an ambiguous status update as a lure for friends to express interest, i.e. comments and likes
T: Did you see Anna's status update, "I'm in a terrible mood so keep a safe distance." What's that all about?

V: Please tell me you didn't fall for that Facebook Bait..
