A person who, sometimes repeatedly prevents someone from having any chance of getting laid.
This can be intentional, or an unintentional cock block.

The cock blocker manifests themselves in many forms. Shape Shifters some say.
Some examples are:

Friends, roommates, children, or in-laws

A term coined by YouTuber Donut Operator. This term is used to refer to a felony suspects head and the term is often used when the suspect has been fatally shot in the dome.

The murder suspect got one shot to the suspect block, he didn’t survive.
