Situated 45 minutes north of manhattan, bedford looks like small town, that is very family oriented. bedford village males play hockey or lacrosse for fox lane or there prep school, there wardrobe is nothing but polo or abercrombie, they wear kahkis and plad shorts along with polo's or oxfords shirts, they are the life of the party, notorious to be heavy drinkers. kids from bedford live the good life and know how to have fun. A typical bedford saturday will be eating at the bedford village deli, going to bedford golf and tennis club all afternoon with the exception of hockey or lax practice,nights consisit of beer pong and numerous keg stands at you friends party, as well waking up with a girl next to you the next day. bedford kids are known to be popular, and are well liked. Bedford girls have fake tans, designer glasses, hermes bracelets and similar wardrobe style to the males. they are known sluts, but very down to earth. A bedford kid usually lives in a house costing over 1 million dollars, and has 3-4 friends with pools and tennis courts at there house.

bedroom mixer

A person who likes techno and dance music and the art of the DJ who can seamlessly and creatively mix tracks together. The person typically has a DJ set up of two record/CD decks in their bedroom where they try to emulate (and usually fail) to recreate that art form.

John is buying some new records in town today, he wont come out tonight as he'll be doing his bedroom mixer routine with them.

bedtime-vs.-age debacle

Refers to the age-old "cranky conundrum" issue about when children want to go to bed as opposed to when adults wish to do so. Many youngsters detest bedtime and want to delay it as long as possible, whereas grownups often can't wait to "hit da hay", and are also always looking to "catch a few extra winks" whenever possible.

Da whole bedtime-vs.-age debacle equally applies to getting up in the morning, as well --- many kids are totally "rarin' to go" at da crack of dawn, whereas their exhausted parents would happily "sleep till noon" if they had da choice.
