peanut butter shot

Specifically, the immunizations portion of the “assembly line” at a USMC reception battalion. It is know as the “peanut butter shot” in the buttocks. It practically brings men to their knees and nearly brought other men to tears. Victims are told to sit on it and rock back and forth to even out the substance in their ass.

I got that peanut butter shot too. It hurt like a mother!
