Noodle Limbs

Someone in the armed forces who is either on the sick, medically downgraded or cannot participate in planned physical training. Can also be used to describe someone who although physically 100% fit is incapable of completing simple manual tasks, e.g. running, marching etc

The limbs have taken on the constancy of a noodle, floppy and with no bone structure.

Someone who is afflicted with Noodle Limbs then becomes a Noodler e.g. someone who spends their day Noodling around not achieving anything constructive.

Alex: Why is Nick the Prawn not on PT today mate?
Ash: He injured himself on the run the other day, and has got proper Noodle Limbs now!

Double-Click Limbo

When attempting to double-click using a computer mouse, the clicker leaves too much space between first and second click. This results immediately in frantic back-to-back double-clicks which the computer does not process as a double-click. Can last for up to 3-5 seconds. The only cure is to stop, walk away, and try again.

Dude 1: "Dude, you have to double-click to open a folder"

Dude 2: "Dude ,I'm tryin! I'm caught in double-click limbo here!"

facebook limbo

term for when you dont want to accept someones friend request on facebook, but you dont want to reject it either because it would be rude, so you just leave it in your notifications and dont touch it

My friends mom sent me a friend request on facebook, however i am leaving her in facebook limbo due to the fact that my mom and her are good friends, and i suspect my technology impaired mom to use someone else to track my facebook posts, and i dont want her to see them because she would ask a million questions about every one.

The period of time between turning in the first couple of assignments for a class and getting them back graded. Usually lasts a couple of weeks if the teacher/professor grades slowly.

"Man, do you know what you have in Bio?"
"Nah, the whole class is in grade limbo."
