Acronym for "Cream Of Mushroom Fat Ass Cellulite Bitch" - referring to a person whose name almost certainly starts with "A" and generally resembles a can of cream of mushroom soup that got sloppily dumped into a pair of shoes some time in the early 90's and has been continually rotting every since. Last name is almost certainly a type of breakfast protein. Said person only gets such grief based on physical appearance because their soul is dog shit and everything about them is ugly.
