A wanna be black brother who wears their pants at their mid thigh so as to show their ass and underwear all the time. They used to drive whoopties and or other vehicles that are dropped to the ground. Currently wiggers dress as such and drive retired police cars that they bought at an auction. They still the have spot lights in place with a redneck lift kit and 24 inch treads.

A white dude who acts black. Usually they wear joggers and snapback hats. They alwayse have on Hi-top shoes or nike sandles. They call eachother "nigga" and somehow aren't racist.

Normal white guy: Hey dude, your a wigger.

Wigger 

Originally a term used for Irish people due to them being treated almost as poorly as the blacks were during the mid-late 1800's. Means White-Nigger and is now used to describe urban white youths who appropriate hip-hop or "black" culture.
