Scope Seizure

What comes after scope creep. The complete disregard for the original project parameters agreed upon by everyone involved, including the person now causing the scope seizure, (know as the douche.)

Coworker 1: "What the Actual Fuck?! Revising the PowerPoint now includes redesigning the website and producing a video?! Dude, that is total scope seizure!"

Coworker 2: "Right?? The boss totally hosed us on this one. This wasn't what we talked about at all."

Douche: "It's going to be great, isn't it?"

Scope Punch

1. The act of proving a big point or statement correctly against another point, statement, party or organization; particularly when the subject in the wrong is arrogant. (Syn. "call out")
2. When the recoil from a gun causes the scope to slam back into the shooter; particularly with inexperienced or arrogant shooters. (Syn. "scope-eye")
3. The act of using the scope of a gun as a weapon. (Syn. "pistol whip")

1. "He got scope punched by his opposition because he was cocky and didn't know what he was talking about."

2. Bad Shooter: "Dude, can you help me back to the house? I'm like bleeding all over my face."

Good Shooter: "Hold on, I have to discharge the weapon you just got scope punched by."

3. Gangsta 1: "Yo, sure you got it done?"

Gansta 2: "Yeh...I scope punched him."

Scoop and slap

A team game involving a cantaloupe sized ball, in which players scoop up the ball in between their straight arms and then thrust it upwards in order to slap it to the opponents side. It is most commonly played by people who do not want a volleyball rash on their lower arm or most predominately those who have good choice in sports. In a game of experienced players it’s common for team mates to shout, ‘Glepito’ which comes from the Latin for ice cream - affectionately referring to the scooping action. There is not a set number of players required for SAS however some twigs are required to mark the territory of each team. Points are awarded in avocados every time the ball touches the opponents ground and when one team gains 7 avocados the referee or innocent bystander shouts, ‘Guacamole’ and they are crowned Champions of the world, collecting the twigs as their reward. (Rewards are subject to availability and depend on the individual circumstances of the competition).

‘Would you like to play Scoop and Slap later?’
‘Why yes! One must play Scoop and Slap in order to maintain one’s avocado supply’
‘Groovy, I will go and prepare the twigs’
