President Obama's vacation that brings a lot of extra traffic and congestion to your holiday location.

Obama Necking

Similar to "rubber necking" whereby you turn your head at all angles to try and see the results of a wreck on the highway. Obama Necking means simply turning your head in all angles as you pass slower cars on the highway that are displaying Obama '08 bumper stickers, to see if the driver is in fact black.

"Man....I almost rear ended someone today on the way to work! I was passing an Escalade with an Obama '08 sticker and I was so busy Obama Necking that I almost slammed into the car in front of me.
