Also used in latin names to describe species, such as:

Lontra felina- a marine otter or 'sea cat'.

Urticina felina (Tealia felina) - a species of sea anemone

Genetta felina- the Cape genet

Toxic Femininity

A social science term that describes narrow repressive type of ideas about the female gender role, that defines femininity as exaggerated feminine traits like being sensitive, emotional, having a perfect appearance, and so forth.

One can be feminine without being toxic.

Some beliefs of toxic femininity are:

- Putting your hands on, abusing, and physically assaulting men and then using your "woman card" to get out of being hit back or getting in trouble.

- Body shaming (e.g. who's butt is bigger, who's ugly, who's fat, who's too skinny, etc.).

- Giving people sex and affection in return for money ("Gold Digger").

- Prioritizing your appearance above everything else in your life.

- Jealousy towards other women

Toxic Femininity used in a sentence:

Woman: I don't need your toxic femininity to tell me how to look and that I need a man.

Toxic Femininity used in a scenario:

A woman hits a man for sitting with his legs spread, the man hits back.
Woman: Hey! You can't hit a woman!
Man: You hit me first, it was self defense.
Woman and other people: Coward!

The female gender role. Not all of them are exactly like this, but most are.

It is, in a way, built to fit the male gender role, masculinity.

Feminine traits include but are not limited to: understanding, empathetic, sensitive, submissive, gentle, modest, willowy, and pretty.

Look at any female around you and observe how they act. They're feminine. Most females 14+ act like this.

Feminine means "What pertains to a woman". There are no qualifications. Whatever a woman does is feminine, because they are a woman, and they are doing something that pertains to them.

The only thing that can really be called "feminine" are ovaries.

A woman in a flowery skirt is feminine. And a woman in leather pants is feminine as well.

Female followers, especially zealots, are known to embark on quests to recruit white knights in the most insidious and covert ways she can imagine. The belief that manual labour and the dirty, dangerous jobs are for men, whom they describe as disposable and inferior.

Feminist: #KillAllMen! Women are the wave of the future! All men are scum and should be disposed for women's benefit and women's only!

(a) Name given to Detroit rapper Eminem by people who view him as lacking rap talent and as a tool of the mainstream pop world. Used by other rappers, such as Esham the Unholy, Insane Clown Posse, and Ja Rule. (b) Used to describe one who attempts to emulate said rapper.
