A term used to describe a white American, who for one reason or antoher failed to 'make it' in a society designed for them to be culturally, educationally and financially priviledged. Shortened as PWT (poor white trash). Most often, the individual must be poor or exhibit characteristics of being poor to be described as white trash.

Since that PWT's (white trash) makeover last year, he's become the vice president of the company. Man, I wish it was that easy for the other half. Oh well, I guess affirmation action will have to suffice
