to talk passive aggressively about something without having the guts to take real action. ranting usually takes place behind someone's back or safely on the internet behind the computer screen. to rant is to talk big but to have little balls. ranting also refers to the politically and religiously self riteous who talk a bunch of useless bullshit that makes no difference but expects everyone to aggree.

some guy made a bunch of nasty racist rants on the internet because he knew if he did it face to face he would have gotten his fucken face kicked in.

Nerd's Rant

A condition often displayed on forums and guestbooks internet-wide. Nerd's Rant is a truly devastating phenomenon, made even more so by translation into GeekSpeak, aka "Leet".
Nerd's Rant usally comes up in protest to an unsatisfactory post, or incorrect reference to All Your Base or Numa Numa, thus angering the Nerd, causing an explosive showering of acronyms and stupid insults.

An example of Nerd's Rant:

"OMG u n00b STFU u d1dn7 qu0t3 |\|um4 |\|um4 |21t3 OMG FU!!1"

Is slang for run over or ran over. It is used when speaking aggressively or with emphasis to a person or persons that are in danger of being run over by a vehicle, animal, large person, etc..... it is the prediction of the end result in a situation if quick immediate action or changes are not taken or made.

You better hurry up and get out of the road before you get rant over!!! Your about to get rant the fuck over!
