An urban medium sized dog, usually pit bull, lab or husky mixes. Most are rescued from shelters or are from feral bitches. These dogs are proudly owned by liberal urban professionals. Urban poodles, as it were.

It basically is a slang term used in place of vagina. It is slang for cooter, which is slang for pussy, which is slang for vagina.
